Features everyone will enjoy
Using workspaces and channels
Start with your Personal Workspace, and add as many additional Workspaces as you’d like! Organize your video messages according to projects, teams, departments, classes, whatever works best for you! If you are using Weet to work with clients, you can create a collaborative workspace for them to ask questions and keep the conversation going without crossing with your internal conversations.
Channels live within each workspace. You can create new ones to customize your experience or subscribe to existing channels. Share information instantly, easily, and securely with private and public channels. Channels allow you and your team to keep up with the work being done. In each channel, all members have the same information and can collaborate. In addition, new members have instant access to the entire context.
How workspaces and channels work together
Workspaces allow you to compartmentalize your project teams. And channels within workspaces can help you organize your Weets by topic. This allows you to prioritize the most important Weets. With channel subscriptions, you will be automatically notified of updates. You can also change your workspace settings to customize them to your liking. Workspaces and channels are stored in one place so finding the answer, looking at the big picture, and making informed decisions is simple. You don’t have to waste time looking for information.
More than workspaces and channels
Weet’s workspace interface provides co-authors with a wealth of options and powerful artificial intelligence capabilities, making it one of the best remote collaboration tools. Whether you’re sharing a video message with a client, partner, or team member, Weet allows you to have asynchronous conversations between time zones. All collaborators can reply using a webcam, screen share, audio, text, or emoji. Share Weets on social networks, embed them in web pages, and publish or privatize your content with just one click. Need to make new updates after sharing a Weet? No problem! You can edit without creating a new Weet. Keeping your content fresh!
