Commutatus Customer Story
Find out how the Commutatus team shares feedback and collaborates with video.

🎯 The Challenge
As a web and app development company, Commutatus needs to be able to collaborate on complex issues with ease. Team members distributed around the world found it inefficient and tedious to share coding information via email. They needed an option that provided the visual and asynchronous communication aspects that email wasn’t delivering.
💡 The Solution
CEO and Head of Engineering at Commutatus Michael Victor discovered Weet with a simple Google search. Immediately Weet became important as a video messaging tool for the company. Dev teams found it easier to share their screen and record video, than working together via email.

📈 The Results
Not as many meetings had to be scheduled because a question can be answered in a Weet rather than calling a synchronous meeting. Colleagues find they save time eliminating lengthy emails. Teams were able to put an end to many meetings once information could be shared asynchronously with Weet.

Michael, CEO Commutatus
When Commutatus transitioned to a remote work environment it was clear that solving complex issues took time to work through, and collaborate on, via written communication. Using Weet as an asynchronous video solution, the team was able to share more information and ultimately, save time, negating a lot of meetings. Given our success with communication, we may use Weet for knowledge management too.
